Binderroll is a free Pokémon card collection tracker. You can use it without an account. This page explains what we store and who processes it.
Without an account
Your collection, want list, value history and card photos are stored only in your browser on your device (local storage and IndexedDB). We don't receive them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a backup from the Backup page.
With an optional account
If you sign in, we store your email address and a copy of your collection, want list and value history so you can sync devices and restore earlier versions (we keep your last 30 versions). Card photos stay on your device and are not uploaded. If you set price alerts, we store the card, target price and the last time we checked or emailed you. If you turn on a public share page, the collection you choose to share is visible to anyone with the link.
Processors
- Supabase: account sign-in, database and backups (US East).
- Vercel: hosting and the scheduled price-alert job. Standard request logs (IP, browser) are kept briefly for security and reliability.
- TCGdex: card catalog, images and market prices. Your browser loads card images directly from TCGdex.
- PokéAPI: species info, fetched by our server. No personal data is sent.
- Resend: sends sign-in and price-alert emails to your address.
Links to eBay and TCGplayer open those sites, which have their own privacy policies. We don't sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can export everything anytime (Backup page). You can delete your account and all cloud data from the Account page; that removes your email, synced collection, backups and alerts from our database immediately.
